The Tag Category lists pages that can be used to create tag links, which are useful for 'categorizing' pages without using a full-fledged Category link.
Some examples of useful tags can be: Answer me or Anyone know? for marking questions within pages which one would like to have answered; Delete me? for content which might be worth deleting, but you're not sure yet; etc.
